Mark is the sole Director of CGS, with 30+ years sales and management experience in the Hospitality Industry. The last 12 years have been with CGS in the NZ Class 4 sector.

Mark lives in the Wellington Region with his wife Tanya, they have three adult children and a German Shepherd.Mark enjoys supporting his community and is heavily involved in Local Club Rugby as a coach for both the Mens and Womens teams.

Sandie has been with CGS since it’s inception and takes pride in being an integral part of the growth & development of the company.  She enjoys being a part of this niche industry and thrives in her role as gatekeeper and getting things done.  Her professionalism and interpersonal skills come through in her work within CGS and the industry.

When she is not ruling the roost at work, Sandie finds pure joy and relaxation in cooking and experimenting with different cuisines.  She loves spoiling her family with her food.  Quiet times are spent behind a good book and with her silly cat, Alfie.

Matt has recently joined the talented team at CGS.

With a diverse professional career spanning Retail security, DB Breweries, Pubs, Restaurant and Catering ownership to recently leaving the role as a National Sales Manager for a global Online Legal Content provider, Matt brings a new dimension and exciting set of personable business skills to the dynamic CGS team.

Motivated through integrity, trust and commitment and empowered daily by his incredibly entrepreneurial wife and their four children ranging in ages from 18-12, life in the Pedersen household is pretty busy.

When Matt is not engaging in work he enjoys the endless list of “tasks” on their lifestyle block in Kaukapakapa, Auckland. He takes incredible pride in supporting the entire family in all their interests from Music, Dancing, Performing Arts, Sports and their array of animals including four alpacas.

Matt is excited to engage with all the partners in the NZ Class 4 sector and looks forward to talking more soon.

Michelle started her journey with CGS  In July of 2023 to forge a new career path. Her previous work experience has been in the retail sales sector, she enjoys the learnings the gaming industry has to offer and brings great enthusiasm to the team.17 years ago, Michelle packed her bags and moved from her home in Germany to New Zealand to be with her now husband whom she met in high school.

Outside the CGS world, she is a Mum of two little girls and a dog which keeps her very busy. Most afternoons and weekends are spent with her family doing activities and is always looking for new and fun adventures.

Mete has been with CGS for the last two years. He has experience in most aspects of the class 4 industry, most notably 10 years as a service technician. A familiar face for the Auckland market, always striving to provide the top notch support our customers deserve.

While not exactly an awe-inspiring athlete himself. Mete is a Mixed martial art enthusiast, A keen Auckland blues supporter and will BBQ just about anything on his grill.
